Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window (from date of delivery) for unused weighing scales and accessories in original condition, with original packaging and all supplied parts, subject to inspection. This does not apply to custom-built units, products altered or calibrated at your request, or items clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase, except where the product is defective or not as described.

Gold King Scale (KD Weighing Instrument) processes refunds only after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility. If you purchased from a reseller, marketplace, or distributor other than our official channels, their return and refund policies apply.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is accepted as defective under this policy.

If a return shipment contains fewer items or accessories than declared, we may adjust the refund by up to the full value of the missing components, including bundled accessories or promotional items supplied with the scale.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received, inspected, and accepted at our facility. Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.

For manufacturing defects covered under warranty, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Warranty terms supplied with your product (including duration and exclusions) apply in addition to this policy.

3. Replacement & Exchange

You may request a replacement or exchange where the wrong model was shipped, the unit is defective, or capacity/specifications do not match what was ordered. All conditions applicable to returns also apply to replacements and exchanges unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

A replacement is usually dispatched after the original unit is received and verified, or once transit damage is documented as per our process. Exchanges for a different model may be treated as a return plus new order, with any price difference settled separately.

4. Return Process

Initiate a return through our Website or App where available, or contact us at girdharidusad30@gmail.com or +91 97179 54171 with your order details and reason for return.

When a reverse pickup is scheduled, please ensure someone is available and responsive to the courier. Failed pickup attempts may delay processing and require you to reschedule.

Some locations may not support reverse pickup for heavy or bulky scales. In such cases we may ask you to ship the product via a reliable courier. We may reimburse reasonable return shipping up to ₹70 when approved in advance and supported by valid receipts, unless we have agreed to a different amount.

If approved return shipping exceeds the reimbursed amount, the balance may be deducted from your refund unless we have agreed otherwise. For remote or non-serviceable areas, you may need to ship to our facility at Shop No.13 Kusum Vihar, Jagatpura, Jaipur, as directed by our team.

5. Special Cases & Conditions

If you receive an empty package, missing accessories, or visible transit damage to a weighing scale, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and contents.

For shortage or damage claims, we may require an unboxing video showing the sealed package and full contents without cuts, to help us validate the claim with the carrier.

Insufficient evidence, misuse, unauthorized repair, or tampering with calibration seals (where applicable) may result in denial of the claim. Gold King Scale (KD Weighing Instrument) reserves the right to make the final decision in line with this policy and applicable law.
